New Swan Collaboration

New    Swan    and    Gunma    Seiko    (Japan)    has    entered    into Technical   Assistance   Agreement   for   manufacturing   of   Cold Forged Parts of Aluminium and steel. Gunma   Seiko   is   pioneer      in   manufacturing   of   Cold   forged parts since decades. With   joint   aim   of   New   Swan   and   Gunma   Seiko   (Japan)   to cater   Automotive   sector,   has   entered   into   the   ‘TAA’   to   serve the automotive sector with Quality and Competitiveness. The   plant   is   ready   for   production   and   machinery   available for   cold   forging   is   Knuckle   joint   presses,   Semi   automatic bonding line, Annealing facility, Shot blast machines etc.

New Plant at Vithalapur (Gujarat)

With    flagship    company    New    Swan    has    invested    in    two plants in 2015 (Automotive & Agriculture) New   Swan   has   invested   in   Vithlapur   (Gujarat)   for   4.4   acre   of land      with      built      up      area      around      65      percent      for manufacturing.    Various    parts    to    be    produced    like    Sheet metal   parts,   tubular   parts,   assembled   parts   with   finish   of Powder   Coating.   Plant   is   equiped   with   Press   63-250Ton   (   30 Presses),MIG   Welding,   Projection   Welding,   Powder   Coating (Fully   Automatic)   and   In   house   Machine   shop.   Customers for this plant is HMSI and other Tier-1 Suppliers.

Division)

Not    limited    to    the    Automotive    Industry    New    Swan    has opened   its   horizons   in   Agriculture   field   as   well,   and   is   well known   name   in   Industry.   Product   designed   and   engineered for   efficiency   with   an   emphasis   on   enhanced   comfort   levels and   quality   standard   New   Swan   has   gained   good   share   of market in this field. New     swan     has     started     new     and     bigger     facilities     for agriculture   equipments   around   8   acre   of   land.   This   plant   is put    of    when    in    view    of    manufacturing    not    only    the implements but also the machines. This   plant   has   capacity   of   10   times   to   the   older   plant.   The plant     has     capacity     with     state     of     art     manufacturing technology    with    improve    quality    norms.    Plant    is    also equipped   with   Swiss   made   automatic   coating   plant.   this will   give   edge   paint   quality   and   will   also   help   to   cater   the increased demand.
